The rates we provide to you are never more than you’d pay to book travel independently. By booking with us, you have access to exclusive rates and negotiated perks available only to travel advisors.

DO I HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT FOR MY VACATION?

A typical vacation includes an initial consultation, research, proposals, booking of travel components (air, hotel, ground transportation), reservation management, provision of required entry requirements, local contacts for support while traveling, travel insurance quotes, personal recommendations for restaurants, tours/excursions, and often VIP services like expedited customs & immigration processing.

Professional Service Fees
$100 Per Trip Travel Planning + Reservation Management

$100 Per Trip Cancellation Fee – in addition to supplier penalties

** All fees are non-refundable. Additional fees could be assessed based on the complexity of your travel plans and will be presented prior to booking.

We are paid a commission from the suppliers we book on your behalf. This is not on top of their regular pricing; therefore, the price you pay is not inflated with any hidden costs. 

Payment schedules are set by independent suppliers or vendors; i.e., airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, tour companies/wholesalers, or activity providers. Typically, they do allow multiple payments - deposit at the time of booking and then final payment due later.
